2nd October 2024 A triangle is defined by the convergence of three distinct points, each necessary to form its essential shape. However, in the evolving landscape of modern thought, corporate governance and progressive thinking, rigid structures like triangles may not always align with the fluidity required to drive progress and modern innovation in an inclusive working environment. Sometimes, dismantling these fixed forms becomes essential for growth, development and direction. With two points now removed, the journey to dissolve the final Joint Venture is near—allowing the space to transform into something more holistic, adaptive, and better suited for the future. The foundation of growth often requires trimming even the most Joined Vine to Go, especially when it hinders the path ahead. When a name echoes like a common one from the scriptures, sometimes it's a sign that it's time to turn the page and make the final cut! It is only through fostering respect, equality, and shared purpose that we create space for everyone to rise and flourish towards the corporate goal and ambition. Cadeler
