Evans & Partners seek the darkness and Minister Jones wakes up to Dixon & CSLR Hot Mess...  I was surprised to read today that Steven Jones, the minister responsible for the Dixon & CSLR, is now supporting the Senate Enquiry into Doxon & CSLR. I ask where he has been, as this is not a new issue. Sleepy Steve clearly has woken to the fact that this epic failure is an election issue and votes are at stake and there is a problem here. Hello? All I can say is: “Hello Steve welcome to your hot mess!”. How about dealing with one of the worst scams ever?  Interestingly, Evans and Partners are delisting the ASX and trying to hide in the darkness in anticipation of being exposed for the pathetic misconduct of Dixon. Their actions are a clear admission of their guilt. Evans are the “dirty bad boys” here. I hope the enquiry will fully expose the stench that involves ASIC and Treasury’s part in this epic and horrible mess. Also, I pray the government grows some balls and takes action to fix up their mess.

Interesting statistcs on the caseload at the #UPC after 11 months. With more than 120 infringement actions and just as many revocation actions, the court is gathering speed. There is some disparity among local divisions though, with Munich accounting for more than a third of all cases. A bit curious is the fact that there are more counterclaims for revocation than infringement actions. I suppose this is because counterclaims filed by multiple parties in the same infringement suit are counted as separate actions, even though they will be handled in the same proceedings.
