Now we start to look at people and we say we really care about the impact you've got on other people. And so we used to measure the person personality test, psychometrics and skills would measure all of that out about the individual. Now what we do is we say you be you, but all the people are working on your watch. How are they doing? And if you're really good at making a space for them to enjoy work, to be themselves, to contribute their best that they're inspired to be in, then you've got you're a good leader and it doesn't really matter whether you introverted. Invited talk. Short, loud, quiet, doesn't matter. Like just have a great impact on the people around you and that's what you need to be.
