Winter Wellness As the colder months settle in and daylight grows shorter, many of us face a common challenge: seasonal depression. It can feel isolating, but it’s important to remember you’re not alone. In my experience as a life coach, I’ve seen how this time of year affects our energy and mood. Heaviness and fatigue are normal reactions to the season’s shifts, and while there’s often pressure to stay cheerful during the holidays, it’s okay to acknowledge when you're struggling.
