This Nutrition Month, we at OutAloud Wellness kicked off our "Nourish to Flourish" challenge, celebrating wellness with an amazing organization! 🎉 Each theme plays a vital role in boosting our health and mood. Our focus was on 3 key themes: 🥤DETOX WATERS was a refreshing way to stay hydrated while flushing out toxins, promoting better digestion and energy levels. 🧃VEGETABLE JUICES packed with nutrients not only support gut health but also enhance our mood by providing essential vitamins. Lastly, 🥗HEALTHY SNACKING offered delicious options to keep our energy steady throughout the day, preventing those mid-afternoon slumps. By empowering these themes, employees learned about the powerful connection between the gut health and overall well-being. Improved gut health can positively impact the gut-brain axis, leading to better mood and increased efficiency at work, and that was very much the case with the employees of this organisation as well!
