It’s not you, its me! So many times out of 10 the reason a house doesn’t sell is the price and that’s a fact. But every now and then there’s a property that’s the right price, the right location and has lots of other things going for it and just doesn’t get the interest it deserves. In this instance the house just hasn’t found the right buyer instead of the other way round. RMc- Ok, sounds like you’re impressed with their marketing budget? Let’s compare the Days On Market of their last 50 listings. We can even take it one step further and look at the original asking price vs actual sold price. What’s more important to you, results or perceived marketing budgets aka Smoke and Mirrors? Call me crazy but the only dollar amount that matters to most sellers is the deposit hitting your account when we hear the best phrase in this game, “Closed and Funded”. 🤷🏻♂️💪🏼🔨
