Three important things to consider this morning. 1) May the best present you give is you being present. Put the phones down, stay engaged with loved ones and make memories. 2) The gift you may get may not be the best or not fit right, but the person worked hard throughout the year to make the money to buy it and think of you. Consider that first and then determine if a return is warranted. 3) Approximately one billion people went to bed without dinner last night and those same One billion people are looking for a meal this morning. Be thankful for the feast you may enjoy today. There are others that can be added to this list but these are my critical three What ver you celebrate may it be full of joy, gratefulness, health and prosperity.

We swim in a sea of comparatively superficial relationships. When you initiate a new relationship, you are dealing with a more of a persona than an actual person. As you experience the weather of ups and downs in life together and build a portfolio of shared experiences, that veneer and façade slowly comes down. This story below is a good reminder to not take a book necessarily at its cover. Empathy, candor and honesty are the tools to move past a persona and get to know the real person.

When Kurt Russell was a kid, he worked with Charles Bronson. On discovering it was Bronson's birthday, Russell gave him a gift. Bronson took the gift and left without a word, leaving Russell worried he had upset him. Later, Bronson called Russell to his dressing room and quietly said he had never received a birthday gift before. Bronson grew up very poor, with fourteen siblings, and worked in mines from a young age, never completing school or experiencing much kindness. Bronson was touched by Russell's gesture. He later gifted Russell a skateboard for his birthday, and they became lifelong friends. #GivingCandyToStrangers

I appear in quite a few videos, but none as vulnerable as this. But it's important. Two years on from our capital raise is Money Sweetspot still needed, wanted or relevant? I was in the office late last night and pressed record. You'll see that I nearly pressed stop a few times, and perhaps you'll know why. I'm not sure who I was talking to. Perhaps it's you? It’s two minutes long so doesn’t fit the marketing dopamine hit button. But if you take the time to listen you’ll hear why we are needed, now more than ever. I remind myself regularly that the Sasha of 2019 will be STOKED that Money Sweetspot exists, when many thought she was crazy. Luckily my co-founder Meurig Chapman wasn't one of them. *Clarifying point from the video: Being able to help 6% is mainly because people are unable to afford the debt they already have so we're not the right place. That's why it's important to support and fund budgeting services and community support. #realtalk #founderwellbeing #socialenterprise #financialreset #financialwellness Edmund Hillary Fellowship (EHF)
Two years on…. Has Sweetspot done its time?

Did you missed feeling it today ? In a recent conversation with my mentor , we randomly talked about being grateful which took me back to a memory from first grade. As a kid, I used to offer the first bite of my chocos to God—not because I fully understood gratitude, but because I was happy to have chocos in the first place. But today, things feel different. As adults, we achieve milestones we once dreamed of, yet not satisfied • We manage our finances but rarely pause to appreciate financial stability. • We buy clothes, shoes, or phones we once longed for— yet no gratitude. • We move to cities others dream of, but forget to value the opportunities we’ve been given. Why is it so hard to feel grateful for the little things we achieve ? So lets take a moment from the fast pace life and what’s next and be grateful for what we have now Start with just one thing you’re grateful for right now. Psst. Grateful for starting a new phase of living alone in “sapno ka sheher”.

An original post from Jeff J Hunter Whether you celebrate Easter or not it's an incredible story of redemption. In life, we are often doubted. We are often ridiculed. We are often told we are not enough. That our dreams are too big. That our goals are unreachable. We face setbacks, failures, and moments where it feels like all is lost. But the Easter story reminds us of a powerful truth: Redemption is always possible. No matter how dark the night, dawn will break. No matter how many times we stumble, we can rise again. No matter how many people doubt us, we can prove them wrong. The path may be fraught with pain, sacrifice, and challenges that seem insurmountable. But if we hold fast to our faith, to our vision, to our unshakeable belief in what's possible... We can overcome anything. We can turn tragedy into triumph. We can transform despair into hope. We can rise victorious, even from the darkest of tombs. So whatever you're facing today, remember this: Your story isn't over. Your deepest pain can become your greatest purpose. Your darkest moments can be the catalyst for your brightest future. You are not defined by your failures, but by your resilience. You are not limited by your doubters, but by your own belief. You are not trapped by your circumstances, but by your willingness to keep moving forward. Because in the end, redemption isn't about a perfect journey. It's about refusing to quit, even when the path is hard. It's about believing in the power of transformation, even when the world tells you to settle. It's about rising again, as many times as it takes, until you become the hero of your own story. So hold your head high. Keep the faith. And remember that no matter how dark the night... Dawn is coming. Redemption is waiting. And the power to rise again lies within you. Happy Easter to all who celebrate. And to all who are fighting for their own redemption story... Keep going. Your resurrection is coming. #jeffjhunter #redemption #failingforsuccess #sandybuyshouses #havenofear #success

Happy Thanksgiving: As Thanksgiving approaches, I’m taking a moment to reflect on the blessings in my life—both personally and professionally. This season isn’t just about the turkey or the pie, it’s about expressing gratitude for the people who make a difference. To my incredible clients: Thank you for trusting me with your financial goals. Every milestone we achieve together is a reminder of the power of collaboration and perseverance. Your faith in me is a gift I never take for granted. To my colleagues, mentors, and friends: Your support and insights keep me inspired. Every conversation, every shared piece of wisdom has played a role in shaping my approach to financial consulting. To my family: You’re the foundation of everything I do. Your encouragement fuels my passion and reminds me why I love helping others find financial peace. This Thanksgiving, I’m reminded that wealth isn’t just measured in dollars and cents—it’s found in relationships, opportunities, and the ability to give back. I’m deeply thankful for the chance to guide others toward their dreams, and I’m looking forward to helping even more people in the year ahead. Wishing you all a Thanksgiving filled with love, laughter, and gratitude. Let’s finish this year strong and step into 2024 with purpose and passion! What are you most thankful for this year?
