As leaders, we really need to promote our people to take breaks throughout the day. It’s okay to take time away to think, meditate, breathe, close your eyes for a second and get away from the everyday chaos of what’s going on in the world. It’s okay to close the door and have some time for yourself. We are dedicated to continue working at creating a safe place for all our employees to raise their hands if they’re struggling.
