This makes TWO products that we're building from the ground up over the course of ~18 months! As a marketer, it's such a cool experience to be part of the process from day one. (And to think - staring at a blank page and coming up with a go-to-market plan was always one of the Big Scary Marketing Things that terrified me back in the day.) Talking to customers to hear what challenges they're trying to solve; what solutions they've already tried; and what impact they're trying to make on their own organizations....if you can't get excited by that, you need to be in a different field. The rest of it all falls into place from there; if you listen well enough, the plan basically writes itself. Of course, a special shout out has to go to Anthony Tye for being a fantastically intuitive product leader. Some days I think you're a little insane, but then I look at what we're building and it's well worth it. Can't wait to see this bad boy come to life!
