There is one thing that a great B2B business development system does And it’s not lead gen ❌ It’s taking care of conversions ✅ You know, imagine you get 30 positive replies in 2 weeks. Impressive, right? Now, imagine that of those 30 positive replies, you convert 0 prospects. Not as impressive, correct? ❌ What a fully-engineered system does is not providing you with the lead (only) ✅ But it’s making sure your SDRs convert them effectively. Imagine: 1️⃣ RevOp qualifies your ideal customer and target market. 2️⃣ RevOp sends personalized emails to each target customer. 👉 Now, here is where a lead gen system would stop. 👉 But my 1to1 clients in the TAM Process know With a B2B fully-engineered system, you go on: 3️⃣ Every prospect that replies interested to the email, gets sent to the dialer. Here your SDR will schedule the meeting ASAP When the prospect is at its warmest moment. 4️⃣ Every prospect that replies interested, gets sent to your CRM. Here they will receive 1-2 automated emails per week, to stay top of mind And convert them in the long-run. 5️⃣ Every prospect that is Out Of Office, gets sent to another subsequence You want to contact them with other wordings. 6️⃣ Every prospect that replies not interested, gets saved in a special list To avoid contacting them again in the future. 7️⃣ Out of all prospects that do not reply: ▸ Prospect with 500+ connections → contact them on LinkedIn ▸The others → retarget them in 3 months When conditions at the target company may be different. In all this process, the ball to ensure conversions passes to your SDRs. And here effective SOPs complete the masterpiece. ❗️ Now that you understand the differences Between lead gen and a fully-engineered system It’s all on you. If you’re looking for lead gen commission-based, go on. But then don’t complain if you’re paying for a lot of meetings That do not convert.
