A graduate degree in nonprofit management, psychology, or social work is a plus. • Critical thinking skills are a must. . Experience in a human services or victim services agency, preferably in a residential setting. . Ability to self-motivate and be flexible in a fast-paced environment. . A strong ability to perform the full range of activities required to operate and manage a 24/7 facility is required.
