What are the top three advice you will like to give it to them that as a leader what are what should be the next learning skills like what they should be minimum or skill set they should have? Well, the first and most important skill set, I will say I, and this is I'm talking about more of a soft skill is additive towards learning. If you have an attitude towards learning, then at least the first step is you are done, then you can Start learning. Because when you joined, I think that time cybersecurity was going to you. But then once you took interest and took certain, you know, initiatives by your own, that time you started learning a lot. If you don't have that one, nobody can help you out. So that's the first thing that you have to have an attitude. Words, learning. Second, I would say that you have to also look at what can you contribute, what new ideas that you can place on the table. Remember, relationship between mentor and mentee is not one way. It's both ways. Even I have learned from you guys is to observe you, your questions, your ideas. That's what have also, you know, groomed me a lot. So obviously a mentee should come up front saying that this is my idea, this is what I think we can do differently, or this is the way I want to learn. I think that will help you a lot. This career third, I think would be that never stop you keep on exploring new programs, new opportunities from a learning perspective. Obviously if you want to upgrade or if you feel that OK, this mentor is probably giving you certain set of knowledge, but and you need more, you should always be very transparent and flexible enough to really learn from any other person who are.
