Huge congrats to Lucy on this incredible achievement! Let's celebrate her win, but also use it as a springboard for a bigger conversation. It's fantastic to see a woman excelling in cybersecurity, but it shouldn't be an anomaly. The reality is, there's a huge gender gap in tech, and it's not about men and women having different abilities. Often, girls are subtly discouraged from STEM fields, and the lack of visible female role models can make it hard to picture yourself in these careers. Guys, if you're reading this and thinking "what's the big deal?", imagine a world where most doctors or lawyers were one gender – it would feel imbalanced, right? Cybersecurity needs diverse perspectives to thrive. Let's actively support girls in tech and make this field welcoming to everyone. #WomenInCyber #CyberSecurityForAll
