𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗚𝗶𝗿𝗹𝘀 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 (𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁) 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗲! It has been a week since we delivered this year's project. In 2024, the app's focus was a major problem we face in Portugal, every year: 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀. 🔥 📲 Blaze Control was designed to be an app that aims to prevent the Portuguese population from passing through areas that have an active fire, by warning the population close to the occurrence. 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝘇𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝗽𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵: 👉🏻 A live chat, where every user can access and post a short note, ensuring everyone's safety. 👉🏻 Several trail options to guarantee that the user doesn't cross areas with active fires. 😲 It is crucial to note that the app was developed and conceived by two teenage girls, at the ages of 13 and 14! It is wonderful to have the opportunity to learn and engage with the future generation and understand how they see the world and where they want to lead it. An important mention to Annamaria Anastasia, with whom I have had the privilege of sharing this experience over the last few months, and a big thank you to Cláudia Figueira & Jaqueline Correia, for your guidance and for making this project so pleasant.
