It's been almost 10 years that I've been a part of this community in Dallas. I love walking into a room and hearing people say, "we've grown up together". By that, they mean we've grown so much over the last 10 years and we are still here and being invited to "sit at tables" we never dreamed to be sitting at. These women in these photos are more than just friends...they are inspirations. As far as women have come in this profession, we still have a ways to go. Someone dear to me reposted my video from yesterday citing a study talking about how working with female leaders statistically gives organizations an edge. I'm quoting 🌟Anissa N. post...
