Excited to share my journey with Coze, a Next-Gen AI Chatbot Developing Platform! 🤖 Coze has been an incredible first step into the world of chatbot development for me. It’s a user-friendly platform that allowed me to create a chatbot focused on helping users navigate moving to Greece. Despite some limitations in its free version, I've managed to incorporate features like company setup guidance, family relocation tips, visa information, and more. One of the great aspects of Coze is its simplicity—it’s an easy and fun way for anyone to create their own chatbot! Excited to share some highlights from our first kickoff meeting, where we dived into the fascinating evolution and future directions of conversation design. In an engaging session with a small but very passionate group of four, we discussed how rapidly changing tech has rendered only a few years old curriculums obsolete and the exciting potential of LLMs like ChatGPT to revolutionize the conversational experience. From creative prompting for user research data analysis to the essential role of conversation design in shaping LLM interactions, the depth of our discussion was energizing. We also discussed a major issue: making sense of the sometimes mysterious outputs from LLMs and delved into how conversation designers are crucial in enhancing user understanding of LLM outputs. By crafting transparent conversational flows and clear prompts, designers collaborate with developers to integrate explainability features, iterate designs through user testing to mitigate biases, and improve clarity. This meeting marks the beginning of more to come, where we’ll continue to explore the forefront of conversational design and technology.
