𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:
We are looking for a highly skilled 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 / 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the 𝐅𝐌𝐂𝐆 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 and a proven track record of managing key accounts in IMT and LMT channels. This role focuses on developing strategic relationships and driving business growth through effective management of accounts such as 𝐇𝐲𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫, 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐫, 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐨, 𝐈𝐦𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐳, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐒𝐃𝐬.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Develop and execute strategic account management plans to achieve sales and growth objectives within the FMCG sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at major retail outlets, including Hyperstar, Carrefour, Metro, Imtiaz, and CSDs.
- Negotiate annual business plans, trade terms, and promotional activities to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, ensuring targets for revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction are consistently met.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, supply chain) to ensure efficient execution of account plans.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities.
- Drive brand visibility and execute initiatives to enhance market share within modern trade.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8–10 years in the FMCG industry, with a focus on key account management in IMTs and LMTs.
- Proven expertise in managing accounts with retailers like Hyperstar, Carrefour, Metro, Imtiaz, and CSDs.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, data analysis, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple accounts effectively.
