This article from MIT Sloan had some good insights. I often think about how crucial it is to keep learning these days. My colleagues often ask me, "How do you keep up with everything?" In my work with different organizations on their transformations, I've seen that the clients who stay updated on what's happening and focus on their own growth really motivate their teams to do the same. Creating a space where curiosity is welcomed and trying things out is encouraged makes a difference. Learning doesn't have to be formal. It can be as simple as reading up on market trends or sharing an interesting article with teammates.
