Here's a story of unexpected gratitude that changed everything: ⭐ The Moment December 1993, Chicago. A small family restaurant was struggling. Owner Sarah Chen found an empty bowl left by a customer. THIS IS WHERE THE TRUE MAGIC LIES…   In stuff that doesn’t scale.   A long held belief… that was forgotten for a spell. 😬   And there is no better example than THE PEANUT BUTTER TASTING SCHOOL.   We actually created it as far back as 2021. Bang in the middle of the aforementioned 'spell'?   How the EFF do you deliver this pernickety bit of magic at scale? You can't. So we stashed it.   Until this year, when… ☝   Like a delicious, oozing, highly interactive phoenix, it rose from the ashes.   Since the rebirth, it has proved to be, genuinely, one of my proudest creations.   💪It's toured the country as The centrepiece of Mani brand days to 'The Trade' (/Peanut Butter Tasting Students ) 💰 It's raised £1000s for charity as a silent auction prize. 💥 It's been the cornerstone of every new joiners' induction. 👀 It's given me 8 (9??) excuses to see Alice Shrubsall who holds the record (and will do, I think forever) for most Peanut Butter Tasting Schools attended.   All in all A LOT of time and effort has gone in to delivering this to c. 98 people total. But ☝ those 98 people have reached the pinnacle of Peanut Butter enlightenment because of it. Which can only be a good thing.   👉 If you're a ManiLife customer and haven't attended a school... 👉 If you're an aspiring ManiLife customer, intrigued to understand the intricacies of Peanut Butter and why they are not all the same... 👉 If you're a development chef at one of the few remaining UK restaurants that still handle peanuts🙈 and want to understand how and why this stuff is one of the greatest ingredients on earth...   DM/comment below and await utter magic. ------------------------ Unfortunately, we still haven't found a way to deliver it to the public at a price that's remotely reasonable but we're working on it.. 😬   #PeanutButterTastingSchool

2025, let’s go! I am very proud of our team, our family and what we accomplished together in 2024. We recognized 16 outstanding Safe Supervisors and Lead Hands who went above and beyond for Health & Safety and Quality Assurance. They were recognized with a company celebration, a recognition certificate, along with two extra paid vacation days! We, as a team continue to demonstrate our Health and Food Safety excellence, and we continue to be excellent ourselves. We as a team raised over $20,000, for great causes throughout the whole year. We ran, we walked, and most importantly, we all waited for each other at the finish line. It’s not about finishing first, it’s about finishing together. As we go into 2025, let me leave you with a few learnings in 2024. 1) There are no failures, only growth opportunities. 2) As a team, we’re not only a team, but we are a family. 3) You will have your ups, and you will have your downs, but you never let a ‘moment’, get in the way of the ‘momentum’. So the question isn’t ‘ Are you ready for 2025’? But rather ‘Is 2025, ready for you? Go get them, be strong, be composed, and most importantly, keep being you. We are ready for you 2025!
