This shift in attitude is due to advocacy, legislation, and technology, which have played crucial roles in destigmatizing mental illness and integrating mental health into overall well-being. Despite progress, access to care remains a challenge, emphasizing the need for continued advocacy and robust support systems. Let's continue to work towards a world where mental health is treated with the same importance as physical health. #mentalhealth #health #mentalfitness #healthcare
