Now that you've gone through some of the key selling points of digital manufacturing in the rail industry, let's now go through some of the key selling points regarding DM that could generally improve production in a wide variety of industries. Here that there's this new technology in Industry 4.0. Some people call it 3D printing, other people call it additive manufacturing. Can you tell us a little bit more about? Additive manufacturing and how it can improve your manufacturing output using the enhanced data processing capabilities of Industry 4.0. Additive manufacturing, also known as 3D printing has really hit the market hard in a great way. It works by enabling design, simulation and optimization of very complex geometries. Something that prior to industry for has been in completely manual process. So the way it works is the data analytics. AI built into industry 4.0 technologies are able to analyze this vast amount of data. They are then able to design the model digitally simulated and optimize all of your manufacturing processes by using the 3D printing and the additive manufacturing of industry for it takes all the guesswork out and solves your complex geometries for you. Prior to the additive manufacturing was almost impossible to be able to. Build something not from a CAD drawing or from any other computer assisted renderings. And even with computer aided drawings, there was still that margin for human error. By adopting the additive manufacturing principles, not only did it reduce their delayed shipments, but it also enables the integration of the additive manufacturing into traditional workflows which enables rapid prototyping. This improves manufacturing because. As we know in the manufacturing industry, when something is needed today, it was actually needed yesterday. So additive manufacturing is a very good example of a technology that hasn't been around for a long time, but it is drastically changing the manufacturing process across a wide variety of industries. And I suppose that since D4M works extensively in the field of manufacturing that I should now ask a question about Industry 4 Point O's various improvements. To supply chain management as a whole. So how exactly has supply chain management been improved by Industry 4.0 capabilities? Industry 4.0 tech such as IOTIOT, AI, machine learning, they've revolutionized management. They're doing this through enhancement of visibility through three big manufacturing processes, your inventory, what is going to the customer and what is currently on the production line and like I mentioned. Earlier about virtual twin factories and smart factories, they've allow remote controlling of manufacturing processes from different facilities and predictive analysis for manufacturing industries that operate in a just in time sequence, such as automotive. It will also be able to make sure that you don't overstock your inventory on hand while making sure that the materials you need will arrive just when you need them.
