The, #BREEAM "Excellent" (pending), logistics property is located in Aalsmeer and is part of the Green Square Business Campus, an industrial estate of around 250,000 sqm GLA where Necron Group is further developing a high-quality innovative business park for logistics, offices, production, hospitality and storage facilities. Panattoni Poland has started construction on the next phase of the Wroclaw Campus 2 logistics complex in Lower Silesia — a 30,000-square-meter space it intends to deliver in June 2025 that is part of a hall that will eventually reach 130,000 square meters, with the entire project totaling 160,000 square meters.

The landlord was commercially advised by Bridgegap - a real estate collective INDUSTRIAL real estate partners. The tenant was advised by Van Gool Elburg Vastgoedspecialisten - A Dils company.
