Panattoni is to build a new 28,000-square-meter industrial park in the Mazovia region of Poland. The development of Panattoni Park Sochaczew will commence in the first quarter of 2025 with the first tenant – automotive-glass manufacturer Pilkington Automotive Poland – scheduled to move in by November of that year.

𝗡𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗻 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗜𝗜/𝗜𝗜𝗜 𝘁𝗼 𝗗𝗲𝗸𝗮 𝗜𝗺𝗺𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻 The property is earmarked for the portfolio of the Deka Immobilien- Metropolen open-ended property fund and marks the first time that the fund has acquired a property in the Netherlands. The newly build logistics warehouse near Amsterdam Airport consists of two interconnected buildings with approximately 38,500 sqm of leasable space and 275 parking spaces. The property, that was delivered to Necron Group turnkey by Bouwaccent in July 2024, is fully leased on a long-term basis to Bausch + Lomb Netherlands B.V. and JAS Forwarding (Netherlands) B.V.. The, #BREEAM "Excellent" (pending), logistics property is located in Aalsmeer and is part of the Green Square Business Campus, an industrial estate of around 250,000 sqm GLA where Necron Group is further developing a high-quality innovative business park for logistics, offices, production, hospitality and storage facilities. Necron Group AG was advised during this process by Jones Day, Envalue Real Estate and Bouwaccent Vastgoedontwikkeling.

Panattoni Poland has started construction on the next phase of the Wroclaw Campus 2 logistics complex in Lower Silesia — a 30,000-square-meter space it intends to deliver in June 2025 that is part of a hall that will eventually reach 130,000 square meters, with the entire project totaling 160,000 square meters.

GARBE Industrial Real Estate Netherlands has signed a long-term lease agreement for a logistics building of approx. 16,488 m² in Aalsmeer with De Jong Special Warehousing. The building, located at Ecuadorlaan 11 in Aalsmeer, is a distribution center with 113 parking spaces and is leased as a single-tenant facility. The building is strategically located in a logistics hub near Schiphol Airport and benefits from excellent connections to the A4 and A9. The landlord was commercially advised by Bridgegap - a real estate collective INDUSTRIAL real estate partners. The tenant was advised by Van Gool Elburg Vastgoedspecialisten - A Dils company.
