Everyone thinks Mondays are the worst day to post on LinkedIn. But I found something surprising. Here's what I did: ↳I exported the last year of content from LinkedIn Analytics. ↳Then, I opened ChatGPT 4 and uploaded the Excel sheet. ↳I prompted: "Act as a data analyst. Analyze my last 1-year of LinkedIn posts. Suggest the best posting times and days." The results were eye-opening. →Monday: Posts on Monday have the highest average engagements (27) and impressions (2202). →Tuesday and Wednesday: These days also perform relatively well, with moderate engagements and impressions. →Thursday to Saturday: Engagement and impressions gradually decline, with Saturday having the lowest averages. To determine the best time, it looked at when posts received the most engagement during the day. →Morning: Between 9 AM and 11 AM (most users start their day and check LinkedIn). →Afternoon: Between 1 PM and 3 PM (post-lunch break, people often browse social media). →Early Evening: Between 5 PM and 7 PM (wrapping up work and checking LinkedIn before the day ends). 3 things to consider for your LinkedIn posting strategy: 1. Day of the Week - Mondays are surprisingly effective. - Mid-week posts also do well. - Avoid weekends if possible. 2. Time of Day - Morning posts catch early risers. - Afternoon posts hit the post-lunch crowd. - Early evening posts catch people winding down. 3.
