How I take a phone call from a potential seller 1. I engage in conversation to build rapport 2. Ask questions that I want answered about the property 3. Get the address of the property & look it up on RP data whilst still chatting to look at the owner details, when they bought it & for How much. 4. If solid rapport is built, find their motivation for selling 5. If solid rapport is built ask what price they are chasing As a busy guy this information is enough for me to determine if I want to view the property.
