Going global workshop today with a really engaged group of association professionals in Brussels. Thanks to Dubai Association Centre for hosting as we explored cultural contexts, communication and listening styles across different countries, while reflecting on the beliefs, assumptions, and perceptions we may have. We looked at different tools to help us assess strategic options and worked with a going global canvas. Mohamed Mezghani shared the UITP story and highlighted the value of seizing opportunities and the power of collaboration, whilst looking for the win-win and shared risk taking.
