Tomorrow marks a significant milestone as Vitesco Technologies officially merges with Schaeffler. Together, we are combining the strengths of two leading Tier 1 automotive suppliers to drive the future of mobility.
Change is not always easy, but sometimes it is necessary to create something even better—for our industry, for our customers, and society.

MAHLE reversed its business trend and is back on route for success.
Despite difficult global conditions and rising costs, the company closed the 2023 financial year with record sales of €12.8 billion and is back in the black. All business units and world regions contributed to the growth in sales. Operating profit (EBIT) increased and the group result is positive at €26 million.
“2023 was an important year for MAHLE,” said MAHLE CEO Arnd Franz, at the company’s annual press conference on Tuesday. “We have a strong market position in our core products and, thanks to our innovations in e-mobility, growing acquisition successes in this sector as well. We are on the upswing. Even though we have another highly volatile year ahead of us. We are heading in the right direction.” The realignment of the technology group, as part of the strategy MAHLE 2030+, is paying of, Franz added. The strategy focuses on three strategy fields: Electrification, thermal management, and sustainable combustion engines.
