I didn't have it on my 2024 bingo card to learn choreography with my colleagues and get featured in The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts music video, but I'm sure glad I did! Dancing is as challenging as it is liberating. My biggest takeaway—dance ACTIVATES social and emotional skills: ▶ Self-Awareness - no matter if you're a beginner or experienced dancer, mindset matters! ▶ Self-Management - managing your body in a space with other dancers requires self-discipline ▶ Responsible Decision-Making - trying something new opens your mind and heart to wonderful opportunities ▶ Relationship Skills - dancing strengthens relationships and builds new ones.
