Although this is not the context in which it was written, I can't help but apply this quote to leadership. Our job as leaders is to create stability and predictability for the team that we lead. We can't always control the bigger picture (hello interest rates!) but we can largely control how we manage the impact on our teams. The stability and predictability that we create will, in turn, allows those we lead to function smoothly and succeed in their work. Also, keep in mind that open and honest communication is a key component of leadership stability. People trust those who tell them the truth, even if it is unpleasant. #leadership #teamwork #stability

A leader is best when people barely know he exists, when his work is done, his aim fulfilled, they will say: we did it ourselves #leadership #training #traininganddevelopment #zameen #hiring #CHRP

The sign of a great leader is multiplication. Sure, you can give orders and call the shorts, but a leader leads from the front. True leadership is taking your skill set, imparting wisdom, and “multiplying” yourself to your team. After all, your team is a direct reflection of its leadership! #PowerHour #Leadership #Multiplication #Wisdom

Those who serve as leaders should give consideration to the below quote. "Leadership is much less about what you do, and much more about who you are. If you view leadership as a bag of manipulative tricks or charismatic behaviors to advance your own personal interest, then people have every right to be cynical. But if your leadership flows first and foremost from inner character and integrity of ambition, then you can justly ask people to lend themselves to your organization and its mission."
