Really interesting Danica, thanks for sharing. The conundrum of hotels having to increase prices due to inflation (and/or being able to increase prices due to crazy pent up demand) at the same time as being faced with a staffing crises **and** a the seemingly increased post-covid guest expectations has fascinated me. Such a challenge for hotels, and it seemed to be highlighted by the dwonward trend in review scores across platforms and markets. Therefore it is really positive (and intriguing!) to see, perhaps a slight reversal in the trend. Any insights into what is driving the change/improvement vs 2020/21/22?
