Daniel Green’s Post

Great to speak to EG about the upcoming General Election, its potential impact on UK #RealEstate and what the sector needs the chosen government to focus on.   Whilst there will be a strong focus on delivery of new and affordable housing, any new government needs clarity on how this is deliverable and viable to ensure active development.    With Tri7's focus on the #Student sector, we await to see policy changes with respect to aiding the financial situation of the UK's universities and policy regarding international students, which are crucial to the balance sheet of the universities and subsidisation of domestic students.    #ukrealestate #student #generalelection
