5moThanks for the thorough and thoughtful comments. Considering the academic requirements for admission into law school, the academic requirements to graduate and the accreditation process I am not sure that the bar exam is an appropriate method to evaluate whether a law school graduate is qualified to practice. I agree that access to lawyers is an issue. Mandatory contributions to access to justice fund should be considered as should mandatory pro bono representation within firms and at legal clinics. Thanks for addressing this critical issue.
