Happy Fathers Day. Happy family day every day. Here’s to fathers taking more time to be with their kids, to help at home, to be fully involved. Here’s to trying to be the most supportive and encouraging partners and fathers. To giving your all, always. To sacrifice opportunities to be just dads. To want the chance and take it. To trying to live up to what our kids deserve. To get muddy and playful. To be covered in diapers or spaghetti, to chasing the kids, tidying up, to being silly. To do the homework and the admin, the stuff no one really wants to do. Here’s to listening to their wives / partners. Putting them first whenever you can. Trying to really be better and do better. And to occasionally even being right 🥳 And that’s more than enough!

*I absolutely love this for so many reasons, not only the obvious adorable one! 🥰 This video will make you smile 😀 *People mirror behaviours so be aware how you show up… *Trust is key in any relationship including working relationships - as a Leader, your team should always feel like they trust you. Similarly, if you’re learning skills, you should always feel like someone has got you. 🙏🙌🏼 #Trust #Leadership #Teamwork
Don’t ever fool yourself into believing your little ones aren’t absorbing your words and learning from the examples you set. Want proof? Check out this lovely video. Big sister (helping her brother with his pajamas): “I got you.” Little brother: “I trust you.” Talk about an exchange that would bring a tear to most any parent’s eye. The back and forth between them tells us so much about their daily experience. These aren’t words spoken by coincidence. They are a reflection of the environment created by their parents through the consistency of their own actions and words. You can promote these same behaviors. Be consistently attentive. Be consistently kind - both in your interactions with your children and with others. Create consistent routines. For children, consistency = safety. It takes a lot of effort. There’s never a day off. But the dividends are huge. This lovely exchange was shared to IG by Kelli.Danielle. #earlychildhood #earlyyears #eyfs #parenting

"A good father is one of the most unsung, unpraised, unnoticed, and yet one of the most valuable assets in our society." — Billy Graham. As we celebrate Father's Day, it’s essential to reflect on how the role of fathers has evolved over the years while their foundational values remain steadfast. I grew up in a society where fathers were primarily breadwinners, defined more by financial support than emotional presence. As a father of two young sons, I’ve learnt that it’s important to embrace a holistic approach, actively participating in nurturing and caregiving. Despite this evolution, the essence of fatherhood remains unchanged. Fathers continue to play a passive but critical role, often working behind the scenes to ensure happiness and stability for the family. Our contributions, though not always visible, are felt in every aspect of a child's life. 1. **Silent Pillars**: Dads provide unwavering support without seeking recognition. Their quiet presence is a source of stability, much like the roots of a tree that anchor and nourish, unseen but vital. 2. **Emotional Investment**: A dad’s emotional investment runs deep. They teach resilience, model patience, and offer a unique perspective that shapes the character and values of their kids. 3. **Adaptability**: Modern dads have embraced changing norms, becoming more involved in day-to-day parenting. As we honor dads today, let us acknowledge their ever evolving role and celebrate the enduring values they instill. Happy Father's Day to all the remarkable dads! #FathersDay #CelebrateDads #ProudDads

Father’s Day Gone: Why Fathers Are Taken for Granted Father’s Day has come and gone, leaving us to reflect on the often under-acknowledged role fathers play in our lives. While Mother's Day receives widespread attention with heartfelt tributes, Father's Day tends to pass with less fanfare. This disparity begs the question: why are fathers often taken for granted? Culturally, mothers are seen as the primary caregivers and nurturers, creating a bond that is sometimes perceived as stronger or more necessary. From the early days of parenting, mothers are often more involved in the day-to-day care of children, which naturally leads to deeper emotional connections. They are frequently the ones who attend to the nuanced details of their children's lives, making them seem more attuned to their needs. However, this does not diminish the significant and unique contributions fathers make. Fathers provide invaluable support, guidance, and stability. They are often seen as the pillars of strength within the family, quietly working and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. This behind-the-scenes role can sometimes make their efforts less visible, leading to a lack of recognition. As we move forward from Father's Day, let’s make a conscious effort to appreciate the fathers in our lives. Their dedication, hard work, and unwavering support build the foundation of our families and deserve to be celebrated every day. #FathersDay #Fatherhood #Family #ParentalLove #RespectFathers Adhip Arora Vyany D Arora

WHAT DID YOUR PARENTS TEACH YOU? Our parents didn't just teach us,they gave us naturally what was in them. They taught us directly and indirectly. They made us who we are and who we are not. They instilled in us,built us,forced us Depending, Negatively or positively. Their character , attitude and behaviour became ours. Unconsciously and unwillingly. With time ,we grew , mixed and learnt, good or bad, right or wrong. We get to know our parents ain't always right, even though they brought us to the world. We get to know their strength and weakness in parenthood. We get to know that we have to stand our ground in some issues, especially in those that shape us forever. We get to know some parents care and some don't. We get to know parents ain't perfect. We get to learn from their flaws so we don't fall into them. We get to know how to turn their weaknesses which is indirectly ours , into strength for our good. We get to learn to be good wives to our husbands and good husbands to our wives. We get to learn to be good parents to our children. We get to learn that ; Listening is a gift Caring is a gift Learning is a gift . We get to know how to give attention to our spouse and children. We get to learn good Attitude Character and behaviour. @Annette Saturday. #Annettewrites #GAG #relationshipandchildren
