If you’re overwhelmed at the thought/look of your house… Here is a little trick to organizing the post holiday clutter and mess … 1. Grab a notebook/something to take notes on 2. Walk into each room and visualize what it would have to look life to feel how you want it to feel. 3. Make a list of what needs to get done to get it to that place. 4. Hang the list up and tell kids/partner that this list will be done by whichever date you choose to write down. You could even break it down to which person does which tasks. Just remember, it is one room at a time. One task at a time. This helps with the overwhelm ◡̈ Can’t wait to hear how this works for you! A cluttered home can be overwhelming and you just may want to throw up your hands and give up. But what if you could declutter a messy room in 30 minutes? Here are a few easy ways to do that.

My tried and true recipe to get unstuck: 1. Hit a wall while sitting at my desk. Push at it a bit more for five minutes. 2. Grab my dog's leash, go outside and take him for a walk. 3. Five minutes in, I grab my phone to record a voice message on how to get unstuck. 4. Enjoy the walk. 5. Have a couple more ideas that are recorded as well, in-depth on the "stuck" issue and some other topics at work. 6. Get excited to continue work and hurry back to my desk. It works. Every. Single. Time. When I'm at the office, I take a walk in the small park right next to the building. Same result (but my dog likes it less).

📬 Time for a Spring Cleaning! 🌷 Today's task: Purge all mail, magazines, newspapers, & emails from the first quarter of the year. 🗑️ Stuff easily accumulates over time. You come in & throw the mail on the counter. 📬 Your email folders are always packed. 📧 Paper is just everywhere. 📃 I’m a neat freak, so this is not something I have to do on the regular…in the spaces that are seen & used frequently. My desk & kitchen counters stay pretty clear of paper. That mail gets read when I come in the door & trashed right then. ✌🏽 However, my nightstand drawers probably have all kinds of stuff in them. That’s how I figured out how many journals I have written in over the years.
