Moving On from Dodge Construction Network After four and a half transformative years as CEO of Dodge Construction Network, I’m stepping down—a decision that brings a mix of reflection, pride, and excitement for the future. During my tenure, we completed the integration of Dodge Data & Analytics and the Blue Book Network, creating the industry’s most trusted and comprehensive platform for construction professionals. Today, Dodge serves tens of thousands of businesses in commercial construction, empowering them to connect, collaborate, and grow in a rapidly evolving industry. This journey would not have been possible without the ingenuity and dedication of an incredible team. With the company now positioned for continued growth under the stewardship of STG Partners, Clearlake Capital Group, and incoming CEO Andrew Somosi, I’m excited to watch Dodge achieve even greater success in the years to come. As for what’s next, I’m looking forward to applying my experience in transformation, growth strategy, and value creation to organizations seeking to unlock their full potential. Helping companies and investors drive meaningful strategic, operational, and cultural change remains my passion, and I’m eager to explore new challenges ahead. To everyone who supported Dodge and shared in its mission—thank you. Let’s stay connected as we chart new paths forward.
Dan-- I just wanted to take a moment to say how much I’m going to miss you! It was a great time getting to know you and your wife in Chicago and working for you all these years. You were always asking all the right questions and I want to thank you for that. Also, thank you for everything that you have done for me and the sales team. I'm wishing you much success-- Enjoy the next chapter of your journey, and I’ll be excited to see what you accomplish next!
Whoever you bring your leadership talents to next will quickly realize they have become a very lucky and fortunate organization. Best wishes!

Dan, you should be very proud of the transformation you created at Dodge, you put the organization on a path to success that few could have manifested.
Best of luck Daniel McCarthy. Always enjoyed our nerdy economic discussions.
Congratulations Dan, can’t wait to see where your road leads you. As a visionary in our business, I always followed your moves closely. Whatever you do, get the most out of it. Otherwise, don’t do it.
Dan, one of the things I like about you the most is how open you are. A real motivator share ideas and experiences and the personal stories of both your successes and your struggles made you someone I am honored to have worked for. Thank you!
