You may not believe, it is the 6th edition of our Workshop on Management for Industry 5.0 – MFI5.0! We traveled around the globe with #NOMS conference, this year we arrived in Honolulu, Hawai as part of the prestigious IEEE/IFIP Network Operations and Management Symposium 2025. This year’s MFI5.0 workshop will explore the latest in Industry 5.0 management and automation as we navigate the transition from ISA-95 to RAMI4.0/IIRA frameworks. Industry experts and leaders will discuss the challenges and opportunities in integrating legacy OT with advanced IT, as well as wireless, AI, and autonomous systems of systems (SoS). An important challenge comes in by the use of 6G in this area, addressing a link of two worlds the OT and the Communications. How do we secure the IoTs utilized in remote subject monitoring in #clinicaltrials? We faced the same question for the approx. 17Bn #IoTs used in #hospitalathome. The IEEE Standards Association | IEEE SA volunteers developed IEEE P2933 Draft Standard for Clinical IoTs Data and Device Interoperability with #TIPPSS to address the issue.
