What's your superpower?💥 As a Technical Sales Manager 🇸🇪 , I view every interaction as part of the Customer Journey 🚉 , and I love when companies create a smooth, creative, and engaging experience. Some even ask for feedback after applications — a clear sign they’re committed to improving the customer experience and boosting satisfaction KPIs. My superpower? 🏄♀️ Making people smile, turning challenges into wins, and making good things happen before the deadline. 🎯 With 15 years in B2B sales — 10 of those focused on new solutions, new markets, and helping clients move past the "NO, NO, NO" (Unaware) stage — I know selling innovation isn’t easy. It requires building trust, forging strong relationships, and managing risks. But that’s where I thrive! Whether I’m guiding clients through digital transformation or inspiring them to take the first step, I bring optimism and expertise to the table. 🌐 Currently, I’m looking for new opportunities in Stockholm 🇸🇪 where I can bring my experience in technical sales to help companies drive growth and build lasting partnerships. If you know of any openings or want to connect, let’s talk! 😊 Like a smooth job application process, sales requires technical wizards, bold decision-makers, and, of course, Sales Angels 😇 like me, who turn leads into loyal partners. 😉 What's your superpower? Share in the comments, or leave a smiley, and I’ll guess! 🎶 #SalesManagerStockholm #SuperPower #JobSearchStockholm

I recently had conversation with a senior #SDR at a tech company and this is what I have learned : In the world of sales, especially tech sales, your #network is your #networth. Here's why relationship-building is crucial and how to do it right: * Trust is the foundation: Clients buy from people they trust, not just companies. * Long-term thinking: Focus on creating value, not just closing deals. * Active listening: Understand your client's needs before pitching solutions. * Consistent communication: Regular check-ins show you care beyond the sale. * Personalization: Tailor your approach to each client's unique situation and character(in case if you know mind reading) * Deliver on promises: Reliability builds credibility and strengthens relationships. Remember, in sales, we're not just selling products. PS : I am in a hunt for entry level sales role in Montreal this winter, let me know If I should look out for any specific companies. #SalesSuccess #RelationshipBuilding #TechSales #BusinessGrowth

### What Have I Learned in 14 Months of Tech Sales? Every industry has its pros and cons. If you're considering a sales role in tech, here are some key lessons I've learned: 1. **Pace Yourself** Break your monthly goals down into weekly and daily targets. Understand the end game and push hard to meet your quota. 2. **Over-Communicate** The tech industry is geared towards self-starters. You won't always have leaders hovering over you, so take the initiative to communicate any issues, areas of confusion, and ways to improve efficiency. If certain standards are unattainable, provide evidence of your efforts and the challenges you're facing. 3. **Stay Connected to Your Manager/Supervisor** This ties into over-communicating. Transparency is crucial, so don't shy away or hide. Being open and honest is always the best approach. 4. **Never Be Afraid to Ask Questions** It might sound basic, but many people hesitate to ask questions. Even if some managers are hard to approach, find someone who can help you get the job done. 5. **Don't Take Rejection Personally** Not everyone will understand or want to engage with you. In tech sales, you're often reaching out to people unexpectedly. Develop a thick skin and don't take it personally if they're not receptive. 6. **Know Your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)** Every company has an ICP. Learn who they are, what they like, and how to appeal to them. 7. **Work Well Across Teams** Tech sales often involve collaborating on projects and communicating with different divisions. Remember, you're all working towards a common goal: making your clients happy. Team failures affect the entire company, so support each other and strive for collective success. 8. **Dial, Dial, Dial** Tech sales involve a lot of calls and emails. You'll meet many people, and if nothing else, you'll become more charismatic. These skills are transferable to many aspects of life. Cheers to those interested in tech sales. It's not for the faint of heart, but you can do it! #techsales #isa #sdr #bdr #remotework
