Digital health has long overlooked the impact of social communities on well-being, despite their recognized potential to enhance health. With digital interactions now central to modern behavior, there is a need for safe online spaces where people can connect, learn, and support each other. A well-being community on a digital health platform solves for this need by fostering meaningful interactions and providing reliable information across multiple well-being topics. If you are a leader, you're probably thinking about Gen Z and how they will show up at work (or you are already navigating managing Gen Z employees). It can be easy to reflect on generational differences as challenges, but it's important to also acknowledge the opportunity new perspectives and experiences bring to our workplaces. I for one am excited for how Gen Z will help reshape our approach to well-being and mental health at work. That's why I'll be publishing an article this week with HLWF on this topic. And I need your help! I want to share your experience with Gen Z and how they approach Mental Health and Wellbeing at work and beyond. Drop your experience in the comments (or send me a DM) and you could be quoted in this Friday's article! _________________________________________________________________________________ No more silos, just solutions! | Interdisciplinary outcomes uniting healthcare and wellness practices Follow our publication: https://lnkd.in/geruvmCj #HLWFAlliance #HLWFExpert #HLWF

Today is World Mental Health Day, a reminder of the importance of mental well-being in our lives and workplaces. After reading the article in HR Leader today, the statistics are alarming. Did you know that: ▪ 1 out of 2 youth feel confident in achieving their goals ▪ 54% feel confident in applying for roles ▪ 52% believe they have necessary skills to achieve These statistics hit close to home for me, especially while navigating raising two young boys. This is simply a reminder of the obstacles our youth face as they strive to shape their futures, reinforcing the need to build resilience in our children. With the World Health Organization's 2024 campaign focused on "Mental Health at Work", it's important to raise awareness, while also strengthening our commitment to supporting mental health in our workplaces and communities. Whilst having an EAP is an added benefit to some companies, at cmr | Cornerstone Medical Recruitment, it's a necessity. It is important for our people to feel supported, especially our healthcare professionals working right across Australia. Let's use today as a reminder to check in with the people around us, so we all have the opportunity to prioritise mental well-being and create environments where everyone can thrive! #WorldMentalHealthDay #respectexplorecommunity #cmr
