At Zayo Group, we are a communications infrastructure company. We have to be really proactive and monitoring our network to make sure that our customers get the service they need. There are thousands of alerts that go off on a daily basis, but there's really only a few root cause events behind them. We have built a model on Snowflake to enrich that data and really distill all of those alerts down to a really finite set of events that people can take action on. What we're able to do is bring that that alert data into Snowflake. And then enrich it with other data and compress those alerts down to just the incidents that the team really should be focused on and have to go out and address. So it reduced their their incidences by about 15%. Thanks to Snowflake and Dash 42, we can ingest and integrate data much more rapidly than we've done in our past. And that makes us more efficient in the long run and much, much more cost effective as well.
