Career Update: I've joined Endor Labs! 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐄𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐬? I was drawn to Endor Labs because of their top-tier software supply chain technology and I got hooked on learning from the industry's sharpest minds. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐄𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐬 𝐝𝐨? It is a software supply chain tool with reachability, CI/CD security and SBOM management. Unlike traditional SCA tools that often overlook transitive dependencies and don't consider reachability, Endor Labs helps you prioritize vulnerabilities, fix them faster and choose better open-source software. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭! The team, of course! They are passionate about telling stories and communicating the true value of our solution. Working with experts like Varun Badhwar, Sarah Hartland, Ron Harnik, Jenn Gile, Pia Rodil, Alpana Kulkarni - Bhoge, Mitch Touart and so many more is simply inspiring! As Seth Godin once said, 'People do not buy goods & services. They buy relations, stories & magic.' At Endor Labs, I'm not just excited, I'm eager to build strong communities and tell compelling stories! Let's go! 🔥 

Aren't you happy that it's already Friday? 🙏🏻 Here's a quick look at what I've been working on this week at WezOps: • Client 1: Currently developing a custom web application that combines employee and sales data to help managers, directors, and VPs make informed decisions. Four weeks into the development and seeing great progress! • Client 2: After launching a careers website last week (with a very happy client!), they've asked me to create their entire website. First time doing this in my professional career—exciting! Also, implementing Recruitics to boost their recruiting process. • Client 3: Greenhouse stage cleanup and Offer optimization. This is an enjoyable project for me; I love working on these kinds of initiatives! • Client 4: Power Automate support. A team member left, and their flows stopped working. I fixed the connections and adjusted the flows to get things back on track. It's been a busy week, but I love the variety of projects I get to work on! Current Job Title: TEC, Team Lead | Previous Job Title: TEC, Service Desk Engineer I | Tenure at Dataprise: 2.5 years How are the responsibilities of your new role helping you grow professionally? The responsibilities of my new role help me to learn how to not only to analyze data and make business-driven decisions, but they also are giving me the opportunity to manage a variety of personalities and how to cohesively bring them to work together as a team. I have grown a lot professionally in last six months since becoming Team Lead, better learning the operation and how to respectfully drive change. Were there any specific learning and development opportunities you pursued at Dataprise that helped you get to your current role? I attribute a lot of my success with Dataprise to the opportunities that have been afforded to me. Such examples include taking a leadership role as Subject Matter Expert for several large clients, LinkedIn Learning, and most notably the HiPo Leadership Program where I had the ability to learn more about Dataprise and its acquisitions, such as Wireless Watchdogs and RevelSec. What advice would you give someone who is interested in rising at Dataprise? Take the initiative, within reason. Take advantage of the learning opportunities that are already available through Dataprise in the quarterly LinkedIn Learning trainings and go beyond that. If there’s an area you struggle with, ask for more of that type of work. 🎉 Celebrating 2 Years at Quixy 🎉 As I reflect on my journey with Quixy, I’m filled with gratitude for the opportunities and experiences that have shaped my career. Starting as a Business Analyst, I faced a few initial hiccups, but over time, my journey became as smooth as driving on a 6-lane highway. Quixy not only allowed me to grow as a Business Analyst but also entrusted me with the ownership of several key projects, igniting my path into Project Management. This transition has been instrumental in expanding my skill set and understanding the intricacies of leading teams and delivering successful projects. Some key highlights from my journey: • Managing and mentoring a talented team of Junior Business Analysts and Citizen Developers. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams for product enhancements and delivering impactful platform demos to prospects. • Deep diving into domains such as ERP, HRMS, Inventory and Warehouse Management, and CRM, particularly for government clients. • Learning and adapting to the dynamic needs of clients, ensuring their success with our solutions.
