The Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA) has really been doing great lately with regular, interesting webinars, so I figured I'd share: https://lnkd.in/ekWfaqYw I recommend subscribing to their regular emails. It won't always be applicable to every fleet, but I do find them well-written and they clearly put effort into planning timely and engaging webinar topics. If you're in fleet safety/related law enforcement in any capacity, I think you'll find them a valuable resource. --- CVSA and the Alberta Motor Transport Association (AMTA) collaborate on various things, so I'll say the same for the AMTA's eNews, too. --- Michelle Spacil Cliff Litke Doug Walton Chad Albert Kristin Picken, CTSP Andrew Barnes Steve Keppler Emily Moorhead

The G-B I.S.R. issues LRIT Equipment Type Approval Policy Statement. The Marine Notice outlines the LRIT Equipment Type Approval Policy of G-B International Ships Registry. As the responsible authority for overseeing the Long-Range Identification and Tracking (LRIT) system, G-B I.S.R. establishes this policy to ensure compliance with the relevant provisions of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS). The policy highlights that compliance with LRIT regulations must be shown by a valid CTR, and is not specific to any manufacturer, make, or model of equipment, while also outlining additional supportive criteria. https://lnkd.in/etGMDiTn
