During my Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship I adopted a growth mindset and took every opportunity to learn through reading books, listening to podcasts and joining regular webinars through The Institute of Sales Professionals. As it is National Apprenticeship Week, I have dedicated time each day to continue my own professional development. Yesterday, I listened to The Institute of Sales Professionals 'Mentor Moments' in which David Bill from BMS Progress spoke so eloquently about the importance of preparing for meetings; great preparation leads to great performance, opens up engaging conversation and results in a positive and successful sales meeting. Professional development is essential, no matter what stage of your career you are, and apprenticeships are a great way of enhancing the skills that are directly relevant to your career, apply your knowledge and gain industry-recognised qualifications. #NAW2024 #apprenticeships #CPD
