If we were to look back in 10 or 20 years time to today, I wonder if this is what we would say happened.. I think so.. The digital revolution transformed businesses, forcing them to become software-savvy and embrace the power of the internet. This shift led to a massive surge in data, prompting the development of big data and cloud storage solutions.  Companies learned to harness this data, becoming "data companies" that leveraged insights for better decision-making and innovation. However, data's true potential was unlocked by the rise of AI.  AI matured from theory to powerful tools, capable of analysing complex data and making accurate predictions. This sparked the "AI revolution," where businesses raced to integrate AI for increased efficiency, innovation, and a competitive edge. The key to success in this revolution lay in data quality.  Businesses invested in scalable data infrastructure, robust AI capabilities, and a workforce skilled in these areas. They also needed a secure and versatile data foundation to support AI's demanding needs.  By embracing these principles, the most successful businesses positioned themselves for leadership in the AI revolution and achieved greater innovation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in what was an almost constantly evolving digital landscape. #ChangeManagement #BusinessTransformation #LeadershipSkills #Malikshaw #InterimManagement #Contractors #ExecutiveFunctions #Strategies #ManagementConsulting
