Every quarter or so, I cut my coffee consumption from 3-5 cups a day down to zero. It hurts, I'm not going to lie. But, it helps me get back to baseline and make sure I'm not covering up important emotions (looking at you, sadness, fear, and anger). I know the more I can feel what we call "negative" emotions, the more space I have for joy, wonder and love. Sometimes we do need to push through. I get that. Coffee plays an important role for me in doing that. But, I find I'm often telling myself that I need to push through, not because I really need to get something done, but because I'm running from the discomfort. Once I give myself the time to feel whatever is going on (and that might be an hour, or a day, or longer), I find renewed energy. I find my path. When I avoid the feelings too long, that's when I can really get lost. #selfcare #emotionalwellness #mentalhealthawareness

#newdaynewchapter I can't start my day without a hot cup of Hot Coffee, it just makes me feel alive in the morning. The rich smell and taste get my senses going, while the caffeine works its magic to wake up my brain. After that first sip, I just feel ready to take on anything the day throws at me. Sure, I may depend on coffee a little too much to function at my best, but it's totally worth it! When that perfect cup hits the spot, I feel focused, motivated and ready to thrive. Before God created Adam and Eve, he had to create an elixir of great power to get him through six days of hard work, he needed something that wasn’t going to leave him feeling like he had been on a huge coke binge the night before, so he sent for Samael, and he concocted this life giving bean, as it grew Samael become hungry for power as he knew he had he himself created life, and this is why he was cast down from heaven. Lucifer became so impressed with his own beauty, intelligence, power, and position that he began to desire for himself the honor and glory that belonged to God alone. This pride represents the actual beginning of sin in the universe—preceding the fall of the human Adam by an indeterminate time. -This is why we as humans now have these amazing things like coffee and cocaine. Coffee can have a preventative effect against tons of neurological disorders. Coffee can help you poop well. Coffee can be the only thing that gives you the drive and energy to get that term paper done at 3 am. Coffee tastes like heaven. Coffee smells like heaven (and even smelling roasted coffee beans can have a “waking” effect on your brain. Coffee is a social norm, so drinking it could lead to meeting new people at a cafe! Coffee loves you and tries its best. However, on the other hand Caffeine can be addictive. Coffee can stain your teeth. Coffee can burn your mouth. Coffee is a diuretic, which means you're going to be peeing. A lot. Oh- and dehydration is a thing. Pretty much nothing else coffee is amazing. It’s really up to preference. But for me, and many people around the globe, coffee definitely makes life better. But even still: like all good things in life are good in moderation. Cheers!

Ditch the Coffee: The Shocking Morning Ritual That Supercharges Your Day Are you relying on that morning cup of joe to kickstart your day? It's time to rethink your wake-up routine. While coffee might give you a quick jolt, it's not the most effective way to feel truly refreshed and energized. Instead, try starting your day with a brisk 10-minute walk or some gentle stretching exercises. This simple change can boost your circulation, increase oxygen flow to your brain, and release those feel-good endorphins that coffee just can't match. Plus, you'll avoid the mid-morning crash that often comes with caffeine. By incorporating movement into your morning routine, you'll not only feel more awake but also more focused and productive throughout the day. Don't worry, you can still enjoy your coffee later – but you might find you don't need it as much as you thought. #MorningRoutine #ProductivityHack #HealthyHabits #CoffeeAlternative

Starbucks red cup season starts this weekend and I’m ready for it! ☕️ I know it’s silly, but there’s something about that red cup that makes my coffee taste so much better. What about you? Are you a coffee or tea fan? Or have you followed the advice of so many others and said R.I.P. to your favorite beverage because it makes your anxiety worse? What if I told you that you really can enjoy coffee or tea again without anxiety ruining it for you? I swear it’s possible! You’ve heard it before: coffee increases anxiety. But I’m here to tell you, coffee and tea aren’t the problem. I know this is true because: ☕️ There are people vibrating in their seats who aren’t anxious, and ☕️ There are people who are anxious but don’t feel worse when they drink coffee. The real reason some say coffee makes you anxious is because too much caffeine feels like anxiety in your body. Your heart speeds up, you feel shaky, and maybe a little icky if you’ve had too much. What this means for you is, if you’re sensitive to how caffeine feels in your body AND desperate to make those feelings go away, anxiety can creep in because of how your body reacts. You might associate those feelings with panic attacks, and think you're about to crumble when you drink coffee. You could also be more sensitive to cortisol or caffeine and have a more intense physical reaction. All of these things can be true at once, and still… it’s what you think about how caffeine makes you feel. When you stop and remember that you just downed a grande cold brew or that you’re on cup number three before 9:00 am, it all starts to make sense. But what if I told you that I can help you stop interpreting those anxious feelings as something to push away or fear, and that you could enjoy coffee again? No more overthinking when your heart beats a little faster, No more creating terrifying stories about what you’re afraid is wrong. No more avoiding red cup season or coffee dates with friends because it makes you feel anxious. Just you, enjoying your life, having new adventures, and feeling confident, resilient, and calm—even with a little coffee buzz if you want one. Wouldn’t you agree that not fearing how you feel would open doors for more than just a good cup of coffee? To hear more about how you can enjoy coffee listen to episode 112 of the More than Anxiety Podcast. https://lnkd.in/gd_U4saC P.S. Iced coffee and dark roasts coffees have less caffeine than cold brews and light roasts coffees. Green tea has less caffeine than black tea and herbal teas have no caffeine. 😉

Have you ever tried to meditate?? You sit down, close your eyes, and suddenly your brain flows with lots of weird thoughts 👀 "Did I lock the door?" "Why did I say that awkward thing at the meeting an hour ago?" Instead of finding inner peace, your mind becomes a relentless chatterbox, constantly seeking new ways to stress you out 😌 One of the best pieces of advice I’ve ever received is - "Control the controllables and let go of the rest." 💯 You can’t control the weather, traffic, your results, your thoughts and etc. But you can control your reactions, your preparation, and how many times you re-check your email for typos (let's be honest, probably still too many :p) Life is a lot like baking a cake. You can’t control how your cake will rise in the oven, but you can follow the recipe, set the right temperature, and not open the oven door every five seconds 🥮 Stressing about the cake doesn’t make it bake faster; it just makes you a hot mess in the kitchen 😌 Nothing kills you faster than your own mind, but nothing saves you faster than a good laugh. So next time you find yourself spiraling into stress about things out of your control, take a step back, breathe, and find the humor in the situation 😀 After all, life’s too short to be taken seriously all the time! ❤️ Mayank Agarwal

coffee in one hand, confidence in the other COFFEE ☕️ & CONFIDENCE 🔥 (or for my non-coffee, drinking friends Cabernet and Confidence 😂 lol) For real though, the secret sauce is pretty simple: ✔️showing up as your best self will attract opportunities ❌being a Negative Nelly will repel them If you’ve ever woken up on the wrong side of the bed, 🖐🤚then you probably know exactly what I’m talking about. First you’re out of coffee, then you spill your coffee on your white shirt, you rush out the door and realize you have no gas, forgot about the meeting you had, and let’s not even start on how you’re pretty much being held together by dry shampoo! It seems like you’re always a step behind and can’t catch up 😞 But then there are those days you jump out of bed, full of energy and things are just…effortless. You not only wake up early, but you even have time to sit and read a chapter in your favorite book with your coffee before beginning your day, and then your favorite jams are blasting in the car......🎼 It feels like your feet barely hit the ground because you’re floating on cloud 9 ✨ The only difference between these two days is: PERCEPTION 10% of life is what happens to us, 90% is how we respond to it…( ain’t that the truth guys!) Remember energy flows where focus goes. Let’s make today a good one!! ❤️ It’s time to taco.... I mean "Tackle" your Tuesday! #alwaysbeclosing #loanofficer #quotes #confidence #powerofperception #lifelessons #wordsofwisdom #inspiration #motivation #coffeelover #dreambigger #goalgetter

Spilled coffee in a cafe? "I feel embarrassed" "Everyone must be looking at me" "They must be thinking, how careless I am" Would your initial thoughts be the same? If yes, then it's because of the Spotlight effect! We feel like everyone is noticing and judging us But the reality is... NO ONE CARES No one is at the cafe to think about you! They are there to enjoy their time. But by thinking these thoughts, you - Became anxious - Ruined your mood - Felt embarrassed the entire time you were there It's important to understand that no one cares about - What you are wearing - How you look - If you fumble during a presentation - If you spill coffee on yourself So instead of being self-conscious and anxious about other people's reactions STAY CALM AND CONFIDENT "It's okay, I am human. I make mistakes. Let me enjoy another mug of coffee." "It's okay, I fumbled. I will continue the presentation as planned" Getting over this spotlight effect helps us to experiment more without feeling anxious about other people's reactions or opinions Follow Ananya for more ☆ P.S. Do you also face the spotlight effect? #SpotlightEffect #NoOneCares

Coffee saves Lives I used to live my life from ☕coffee to ☕coffee, marking small spots of enjoyment in otherwise stressful days. What I didn't realise was that my constant negative self-talk drained me of energy, and I didn’t see how much harm it was causing. One day, sitting on the bathroom floor, sorting laundry, I became aware of my damaging self-talk. 💥 That moment changed everything. As I stopped the negative self-talk, I found more energy and began enjoying life more. Coffee became a choice, not a necessity. Living in negativity, stress, resentment, pressure, or constant low self worth, saps your energy and causes many physical problems. To combat this, I’m launching a new program called "Tune Out of Stress, Tune In to Joy." This will focus on eliminating negativity and enable you to live in a more peaceful, loving reality. Special introductory price. I'm not sure when I will do this next because of the time commitment required. I have wanted to do this all year but didn't have the space in my schedule!! I absolutely adore "Coffee Dates"! There's something special about meeting a friend, soaking in the cozy ambiance of a local coffee spot, sipping on a sweet, milky tea (a fun change from my usual black), and simply taking a breather. And guess what? Coffee Dates aren't just enjoyable and relaxing; they're actually good for us too! They tick all the 'feel-good' boxes in our brains: Dopamine: It's all about the laughter, engaging conversations, and the excitement of that first sip. Oxytocin: From warm hugs to heartfelt stories, these moments build bonds and offer support. Serotonin: Reflecting on shared experiences, expressing gratitude, and feeling utterly content. Endorphins: Laughter, indulging in treats, and sinking into that blissful relaxation that melts stress away. So today, it's official—the doctor prescribes a Coffee Date for me! After all, it's the perfect way to keep those brain chemicals humming along smoothly! Anyone else here is a fan of Coffee Dates? ☕💕 #CoffeeDates #FriendshipGoals #BrainChemistry #MentalHealthMatters #SelfCare #WorkLifeBalance #PositiveVibes #ProfessionalDevelopment #Networking #SeattleCoffeeScene #WashingtonCoffee #MindfulLiving #Happiness #Gratitude #HealthyHabits #ProductivityTips #CareerSuccess #LinkedInNetworking #ProfessionalConnections

Finding joy in the little things 😊. Have you heard of micro-joys? They’re things like savouring a cup of tea, hugging your dog, marvelling at a bird in the garden, listening to your favourite song. Little moments in the day that lift the heart ❤. Now, it sounds bleeding obvious, but research shows that the more positive emotions we feel per day, the better. There’s even a suggested ratio: our positive emotions should outweigh our negative emotions by a ratio of 5 to 1. So, if you get pissed off once, you need to have five positive experiences to balance it out 😬. This has been shown to help regulate our heart rate, digestion and breathing, while also improving mood, lowering anxiety and regulating stress. I like the idea of having a ratio to work on. Rather than just vaguely ‘feeling more positive’. So, what little positive things do you savour during the day? (Keep it clean, folks 😁). Meanwhile, I’m off to hug the dog 🥰. #positivity #mindset #wellbeing #dogs #joy
