It's about taking ownership of one's career path and actively pursuing opportunities, rather than passively expecting them to materialize. By shifting from a mindset of entitlement to one of empowerment, you can enhance your chances of finding meaningful employment. The universe may not owe you a job, but with the right attitude and effort, you can create opportunities for yourself in the competitive job market

After years of fruitless job searching, I can't help but wonder if traditional employment simply isn't my path. What if I'm not meant to be employed in the typical sense? What if there's another way for me to find fulfillment and success? These questions weigh heavily on my mind as I contemplate my future. I need you... My heart aches for my beloved Kenya as we grapple with a youth unemployment crisis. Thousands of graduates, armed with diplomas, degrees, masters, and PhDs, remain helpless and hopeless at home. They lack the means to support themselves and, often, their families. High taxes only add to the challenge, making it nearly impossible to do business in the country. I know how frustrating it can be to feel hopeless while still needing to fend for yourself. But we shall not lose hope. Together, we can make a difference, actually...together, WE shall make a DIFFERENCE! I don't know what is happening with my life but it is very difficult to survive without a job and when you're well defined skilled or digital skilled person.. Specially when you are from Pakistan and you search for a job first you're required well experienced person and if you're a experienced person then should have a degree. Whatever, your skills have heights like a skyscraper but those skills can be thrown away like a trash 🗑️. I am just worried about the person like me with the well defined skills and experience but doesn't have any degree to get the jobs, specially remote opportunities and have financial crisis, doesn't have a sigle penny to invest in just a small business like "thellaa-Busimess" or cabin shop. How his/her family can be survived if he's/she's the only the source of income, Doesn't have any govt opportunity to be successful in. Now can anyone tell me who is the responsible for this kind of unemployment?! After that a person has only two options to select for surviving the life, 1. Suicide 2. JOBS JOBS JOBS Job creation is and has been at the centre of debate, as an instrument to stimulate a lagging economy. Since 1994, matter of fact, way before 1994, this was a major problem facing South Africa. It’s just gotten worse with time. The real question now, is whether the GNU will emphasise informing the public that it is a problem, or whether it will succeed to apply economic measures to reduce its harmful effects by growing the economy. The problem with employment in South Africa, (except for the economy) is that the prevalence of "temporary employment", rather than actual careers. Unless you've learned the skill to "make your money work for you" or you actually find yourself in a solid career, chances are you're in some form of "temporary employment". Temporary employment is what should be entry level jobs, but there's also cases where labour brokers have come into the fray to provide employment services indefinitely that companies can use to keep "leased" employees "temporary employed" for multiple years. Basically very much like an engagement that never transpires into a marriage. In the first instance there's little growth plus it keeps positions occupied that could provide valuable experience for school leavers or graduates. The 2nd instance leads to career stagnation for the sake of security. Yes, ultimately your future is up to you, but is it too much to ask that your investment in time and effort opens real opportunities for growth as well-(especially if you really hope to be part of a company's legacy and growth) ? How do we grow the economy if we don't allow growth for people in sectors where there is actual potential for growth and just provide easily revoked job security?

I used to relish being contracted by overseas companies.. I mean, who wouldn't jump at the chance to earn dollars? But while it was a fun ride, it wasn't the same as being a permanent employee. Because you can't help but feel you're part of the furniture if you're part of a company you admire and respect. It's that 'feeling' of belonging that can't easily be replaced. Well, at least, that's the case for me. It's also true that money can't buy you things that, as a citizen, you already have access to, IF you manage to strike the right opportunity. So, while I know the unemployment rate in this country is a recurring concern, I'm not going to give up on the hope and belief that I can still be a valued employee of a company that has its grassroots in South Africa. Building and expanding on workplace culture that is true to South Africans and the lifestyles we aspire to (.......fill in the blanks....), should be something all brands aspire to address and solve. It is an invitation for jobseekers who then become encouraged by this possibility. Hope, then, becomes more widespread, infectious and tangible, leading to a unity and loyalty that can't easily be undone. Now, when presented with either option - I'm more partial to local is better - even if the odds aren't always in my favour. Jobs abroad present an opportunity to ease the social pressure of unemployment. According the president 250,000 jobs will be created annually. The president has also promised to expedite the passport application process. Those applying for passports will collect them within one week. This has been a challenge by some applicants stating that this is not what is happening on the ground. The process still lags. The process of applying and waiting for national IDs is also frustrating. Other than this, the government should ensure that those who want to work in Kenya have better opportunities as well. Not everyone fancies going abroad. One of the challenges that gets my attention is cultural practices. Are the countries safe for people to work? Is there discrimination on blacks? And is the free flight promised free on ground?
