Some sales leaders are more interested in finding ways to replace SDRs and AEs with AI & automation Then empower them with AI & automation And it's a massive shame. Technology is your friend but it can never replace a salesperson and it shouldn’t What makes a sales people so valuable is the human-to-human connection Which is  worth its weight in gold And is often the difference between a closed deal and a lost Instead, you should be focusing on building a sales system that removes all admin or "low value" work So your employees to spend time building connections Build an AI-powered team, not AI replacements What do you think?
