As I pause to reflect prior to the upcoming long weekend, I find myself overwhelmed with gratitude for the winding path that brought me to where I am today. Celebrating the JOY and the Rewards of my Work.   Today I had such a JOYFUL day at lunch celebrating my client, Rebecca Abraham, MBA, SHRM-SCP (she/her). >>8 years ago, Rebecca and I worked on a strategy to advance her career to the senior executive level. 📈Since then, her career has accelerated through  3 promotions and today she is a Senior Vice President at an Investment Company with more than $1.4Trillion in assets under advisement. 📈“Your advice and direction made all the difference in accelerating my career. An Ode to Resilient Souls: Rising Above Neglect to Shine Bright in Their Careers! We've all had moments where we question our past career decisions, especially when faced with difficult situations like having our credit taken by someone else, dealing with a toxic manager, or navigating other challenging scenarios. These experiences are, unfortunately, all too common. But remember, it was never your fault.
