Not all successful companies have created Product Market FIT. Controversial opinion: some have just created Product Market STUCK. Take the legacy systems that #hospitality customers get stuck with, for example. Vendors stop innovating, but leaving said vendors is incredibly complex, costly and burdensome for hoteliers. The #hospitality industry is riddled with this – once innovative legacy systems (to a point) but stopped evolving with market needs, leaving lodging businesses dependent, saddled with old tech stacks, and S-T-U-C-K.
