Many aspects of tech and innovation are more complex than they need to be. I like to live by a straightforward motto – The KISS method: Keep it super simple. However, I don’t advocate for oversimplification. Instead, I believe in intelligent simplification. Your processes or organization must be as simple as possible without losing any necessary complexity. The keyword being ‘necessary’ complexity. Too much complexity leads to higher error and failure rates and frustrates users with unnecessary features and a messy user experience. Too much simplicity and you lose necessary details or functionality. Striking a balance is crucial. #Technology #Business #BestAdvice
