It has been a month since the curtain closed on the final night of “Perfect Arrangement,” which I had the joy of stage managing, making it my final hoorah with DCU Drama. This show is one that I’m extremely proud of, the visual impact of the sets, props, and costumes is exactly the vision I had in my head, and to be able to see it all come to life on the stage was extremely gratifying. Some of my favourite achievements from this project were: - Being able to source and create a wardrobe that also pairs as an entrance and exit point for the entire cast. (Thank you to Ethan Fleming for hugely assisting me during all of this). - Being able to work with such an amazing production team, cast and crew. - Making a few TikToks for promotion that gained thousands of views and likes. - Making the set look as lived in as possible, and finding ways to make the flats that are used in every show more unique. Thank you the media team, anyone who came to see the show, the entire crew of “Perfect Arrangement,” and anyone who made this possible! I couldn’t be prouder to call this my last show with DCU Drama.
