XMDR in practical terms done by RightSec!

Decision-Day was overdue thanks to FUD (fear, uncertainty and doubt). I remember the day vividly - a turning point for the TES IT Team. The decision was simultaneously one of the best and one of the most difficult in 30 years and it had little to do with the cost. The value within the proposal appeared so abundant that it added to my FUD. What was I missing? It turns out, nothing was missing. The real obstacle was the decision to outsource or insource. On that day, RightSec reminded me of an earlier promise that I and the TES team across the world would get a better night's sleep from day one. The speed at which TES, RightSec and Palo Alto powered through the implementation in record time together is a reminder for all that simplification oozes value and complication only serves to hinder execution.
